The open atrium on the lower level welcomes you with a breath of fresh air and plenty of natural light that enlivens the dining area small living space and kitchen next to it. With the public spaces being placed on the lower level it is a large bedroom and a multi-purpose room (serving as a home office study and relaxation space) that make up the second level. A small bridge connects the bedroom with the multi-purpose room even as a rustic color scheme and diverse finishes in brick and wood shape a welcoming and unique house.
Glass walls coupled with wooden slats bring with them a sense of privacy without hindering the flow of light while the existing upgraded Victorian house at the front is given a smart facelift. Three bedrooms along with a bathroom are nestled in this part of the house even as the top level holds the master bedroom terrace and a spacious library.
Designed by PLAN & HUMAN PLAN Architects office the contemporary home is spread across three different levels with the lowest floor housing the entrance a spacious hall and a home office along with a large parking space. The second is in line with the large garden and spa outside and seems to interact with the outdoors in a seamless fashion while it holds a family room playroom and additional bedrooms on the inside.
