It is a dashing and dazzling cocktail that surprises you at every turn as it unveils a spectrum of vivacious colors and textures and pays tribute to great artists; all at the same time!
Nothing seems out of place here with the entry leading to the spacious living area that is filled with a gray sectional matching chairs and décor that is understated. An entertainment zone and open bookshelf flank the living area on one side even as the stairs leading to the bedroom sit on the opposite side. Large windows blinds and curtains combine to usher in filtered sunlight as shadows and light alter the dynamics of the room with the changing time and seasons.
Using a series of pergolas balconies and nifty little niches an array of delightful outdoor spaces was created and they are constantly connected with the lower-level living area. Large glass windows and sliding glass doors play their part as well in this fabulous narrative where the lush green backyard becomes a dynamic backdrop for the neutral living area kitchen and dining room.
Pops of blue unite the interior with the outdoor living space even as much of the color palette is kept as neutral as possible. On the inside an open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area forms the central ‘social zone’ that opens up to the backyard while the bedrooms offer complete privacy.
On the inside the picture changes dramatically with beautiful treated fir creating a casual relaxing and effervescent ambiance. An open plan living area flanked by a long balcony on one of its sides invites the outdoors inside and offers unabated views of the scenic mountain backdrop.
